Destinations and charges

All orders dispatch from Cardiff. Standard delivery: United Kingdom £4.99; Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Monaco €4.99; Switzerland and Liechtenstein CHF 4.99. If checkout uses a different currency, the converted charge is shown before payment. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Free standard shipping applies to UK orders of £83.97 or more and orders of €89.97 or more to Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Monaco. The three-pouch SHAPER bundle qualifies at its listed UK or European price. Switzerland and Liechtenstein remain charged at CHF 4.99.

Dispatch and delivery timing

In-stock orders are scheduled to dispatch the next business day. Our delivery target is 1–3 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. International transit and customs can extend delivery times. Any different delivery estimate agreed at checkout takes precedence.

International orders

Orders outside the UK cross a customs border. Import VAT, duties or carrier clearance fees may be payable when they have not been collected at checkout. Charges collected by us are displayed before payment. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about destination charges.

Delivery problems

Check your address before payment. Contact us promptly about address corrections, delayed, damaged or missing parcels. We will help resolve problems with the carrier. Your statutory rights concerning delivery and goods not received remain unaffected.
