Cancellations and returns

Notify us within 14 days of delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Email your name, order details and a clear cancellation statement. Return the goods to Cardiff within a further 14 days. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

You pay change-of-mind return postage. Keep proof of posting. Where legally applicable, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned for change of mind after unsealing.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation, but may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. For a full-order cancellation, the refund includes our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. No refund fee applies. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us for an appropriate remedy and arrangements for necessary return costs. The unsealing exception does not remove your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Optional cancellation form

To YL Trading GmbH at the contact details above: I/we cancel the purchase of [goods], ordered on/received on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature, only for paper notices: [signature]. Any other clear cancellation statement is also accepted.
